Pixels are inches times DPI
A page has no pixel size until you decide how many dots per inch it will print at. Width in inches times DPI is the width in pixels; for millimetres, divide by 25.4 first. A US comic page with bleed is 6.875 x 10.5 in, so at 300 DPI it is 2062.5 x 3150, rounded up to 2063 x 3150 px. Always round up: a canvas one pixel short gets a white hairline on the trimmed edge, one pixel over is never noticed.
Two things change the number more than people expect. The first is bleed: the file you deliver is the trim plus 0.125 in (3 mm) on every edge, so it is always bigger than the page on the shelf. The second is the DPI itself. 300 is the standard for colour comics, 600 for black-and-white line art and manga, and 72 or 150 is a screen size that cannot be printed. The DPI post covers the choice.
Every format at 300 DPI
Trim is the finished page; bleed is the canvas you draw on. Bleed here is 0.125 in on every edge for inch sizes and 3 mm for metric ones.

The same formats at 600 DPI
Line art, screentone and anything printed in one colour wants 600 DPI: the eye reads a 300 DPI black line as slightly soft, and tone patterns turn to mush. Double the DPI, double each side, four times the pixels.

Questions
What size is a comic page in pixels?
A standard US comic page with bleed is 2063 x 3150 px at 300 DPI and 4125 x 6300 px at 600 DPI. Without bleed the trim is 1988 x 3075 px at 300 DPI.
How do I convert a page size to pixels?
Multiply each side in inches by the DPI and round up. For millimetres, divide by 25.4 first. Add the bleed to the trim before you multiply.
Is 300 DPI enough for a comic?
For colour pages, yes. Black-and-white line art and manga print cleaner at 600 DPI, and most Japanese printers ask for 600 for monochrome.
