Every bug report, idea and question makes ComicCraft better for the next creator. We read all of them, reply when there is something to say, and say thank you here in advance because we mean it.
Kutluozen Works LLC reads it. Expect a reply within a few days; bugs that block your work get looked at first.
Say which page you were on and what you did just before. The form records the page and your browser for you; it never sends your artwork.
Takedown notices have their own process on the copyright page.
